During the interview, the interviewer ask questions to discover information about you to judge your suitability for the position. Interview is a two way conversation process.
Build rapport with the interviewer and answer truthfully. Be yourself. Keep your answers crisp and brief. Utilize your experiences to showcase your skills, results and the impact you made during last job. Show that you will deliver if you are offered this job.
Few guidelines
• Greet and ensure a firm handshake
• Listening is important. Even you have rehearsed the answer, do not vomit. Pay attention to each question before you rush in to answer. Always answer in full
• Ensure eye contact with the interviewer and notice the impact and fine tune your delivery
• Relax and be yourself. Open up during the interview. Remember interviewer is a human being. Engage the interviewer with warmth and humility.
• Be truthful and don't fake. You need to be honest, genuine and authentic in your replies so that interviewer is convinced about your intentions. If an interviewer feels that you are just telling them want they want to hear. This is the end of a happy interview. Do not fake it. You should be authentic as well as sound authentic. Be genuine. Try to answer the questions honestly. No need to make it up what you are not. Be yourself and do not be someone else. Any lies will need to be covered with more lies and chances are that you will be found out. Tell the truth and nothing but the truth. Tell your true story. Prepare well and add appropriate stories to showcase your knowledge, abilities, skills. Show that you can deliver.

• Don't be boring. Leave a positive impression. Be memorable. Be fabulous.
