How well do you know about yourself?
Many of us think we know our personal strengths but in fact, very few people can provide good answer. Just telling I am a good leader or negotiator is meaningless. You need to share real life examples which prove those strengths. You should be well prepared to answer this question. Tell the strengths which are relevant to the job role. Think of relevant strengths which you have and matter to the job. Tell your strength story.

• Know thyself
• Think and tell about those strengths which enable you to excel at your job and are relevant to the role
• List out top 2-3 attributes.
• Back it up with real life examples and show how you will bring value to your new job
Don'ts
• Don't give a list of top ten attributes
• Don't tell your hobbies
• Don't make up strengths which you don't have and can't provide real life stories to support
