A national newspaper has published a puzzle. Readers are encouraged to participate in this puzzle and a list of winner will be published. The rules are simple and as below
Guess any number from 0 to 100. You will be the winner of this puzzle, if your guess is as close as possible to two-thirds of the average guess of all participants.
