Loss of Trust

You work for HR head reporting to the MD, in a MNC. Your reporting manager informs you that he has got reliable information, that you are actively looking out for a job outside the company. He also informs you that he has lost trust in you because of this incident and now the company will also look out for a replacement. You are taken aback.
You focus and try to recollect, what has led to this. A couple of days back, you did get a call from a head hunter, seeking your CV for a job position. You wonder, if there is a link between the consultant call, sending your CV and your current conversation with MD.
How will you handle this situation, now?

Prepare well before the interview. Know the common interview questions. Learn the dos and don’ts. Write, practice and improve your specific response either by yourself or by feedback from a family member or a colleague or a teacher. You will gain mastery through practice.
