You had recently taken up a new job in a well known organization.
After a period of one year, you happen to discover through your internal sources that your position has been advertised on LinkedIn.
You immediately check online and do find that your role is actually been put up on the portal. You are disturbed and angry!
Your boss did not brief you on such an eventuality.
Your work performance is above average. Your annual performance ratings are in mid range i.e average. You are really annoyed.
How will you respond to this discovery?
