The interviewer needs to understand how you identify problems and fix well before these become major problems.
Tell about your work practices which you use to track projects, review and monitor progress to identify gaps.
Walk through an example and tell about e.g. a client's meeting, location visit, surprise check during new product launch.
Show what you observed and initiated the actions to avoid a fiasco.
