How do grades represent you as a person?

The answer to this question depends upon your scores.
If your grades are in A category, then you need to avoid being the book type guy. Bring out your extracurricular activities.
If you have scored B/C grades then show that you were focused on physical activities, project work and tell practical side of work thrills you more.
