How do you manage a project? How do you bring the team together? How do you seek support? Tell about a project which you successfully led and show the approach used.

• Narrate how you formed the team, brought them together, brainstormed, action identification, work allocation, dash-boarding and review with senior management
• Show how you track, monitor and manage projects for timely and successful completion
