Why are you changing jobs so frequently?

In last ten years you have changed five companies. Why you are changing jobs every two years?
The interviewer is asking you on your frequent job hopping. He needs to understand your motivations. How will you convince the interviewer?
Do's
• Show that you have been shortlisted based on your overall experience
• Show the value you can bring to new role
• Show that change is due to stagnation or any other reason- Project closure etc.
• Show that your goal is to learn and contribute and not to change
Don'ts
• No ill talk about previous companies
• Reasons for job change should be linked to salary increase

I’ve made those moves intentionally to build broader experience. Each change gave me higher responsibility and exposure to different challenges, so it was a step forward rather than a switch for the sake of change. Now I’m at a stage where I want to stay longer and contribute deeply in one place.

World Economic Forum lists out the top ten soft skills, which employers look for. These are · - Complex Problem Solving · - Critical Thinking · - Creativity · - People Management · - Coordinating with Others · - Emotional Intelligence · - Judgment and Decision Making · - Service Orientation · - Negotiation · - Cognitive Flexibility

As a prospective employee, it is our job to learn and enhance the soft skills continuously as well as demonstrate relevant skills in our resume and during the interview to increase our success rate in the interview process.
