You are the president of Egg Producing Association.
Animal Society is running a campaign on the way the birds are being kept in cages. It is also opposed to factory farming. The Animal Society is going to bring a law suit against the industry.
Your industry is already under pressure with low margins and can not afford law suit. The industry council requests you to find a solution.
How will you resolve?

Only a portion of time in their day are they caged to restore order for everyone's benefit This world wouldn't function if we'd replace the remnant order with freedom The food chain is maintained in a balanced state with the proper care under these rearing conditions
