Recession is coming!!

You plan to sell a property. You list your property in the market. Even after few months, you are unable to find a buyer. This is a recession time and infact there are no buyers.
Finally a buyer agrees to pay the asking price set by you. You are glad that finally you will be able to sell the property at your price.
However the buyer informs you that he will pay you only when his own property is sold.
