Split or steal game

You are invited to play a game, where two players need to choose between Split or Steal. Based on the choice, the rewards will be as below
a) If both players choose Split . The reward amount will be halved between the two
b) If one player chooses Split and the other chooses Steal. All the reward will go to person who steals.
c) If both choose Steal, neither will get anything.
The last round prize money without split is $200,000. You have a minute to convince the other player before you choose "Split or Steal". Convince him now...
